The New Times Broward/Palm Beach 18th Annual “Original” Beerfest, presented by Isle Casino, returns on Saturday, October 10, 2015 to Esplanade Park in Downtown Fort Lauderdale

Pegged as the longest running — and largest — beer festival in Fort Lauderdale, Beerfest offers guests over 100 sample options including international, local, and craft beers. This epic South Florida beer festival also features live musical performances, interactive games and sports, good food and new this year… our very own Miss Beerfest Contest and the Brew Master Beer Garden!

VIP ticket holders will get early access at 6pm plus sampling from additional specialty beers, a full liquor bar, and complimentary food from South Florida’s favorite restaurants. Plus, new this year, purchase a Brew Master ticket and get exclusive access to our Brew Master Beer Garden with specialty craft and home beers, one-hour early entrance at 6pm and a commemorative gift.

Also new this year, the lovely ladies of South Florida can enter to be crowned the very first Miss Beerfest in this inaugural contest. Pour the perfect head of beer. Hold the Beer Boot the longest. Show the judges your modeling skills. And complete other fun feats of fancy … all to win the coveted title of Miss Beerfest 2015! New Times’ social media followerscan join in the fun to help choose the semi-finalists. Then judges Miss Jenna Beth, pin-up model and founder of Cupcake Burlesque, Will Manso, Sports Director at WPLG (ABC) Channel 10 and CandyMan, South Florida’s top nightlife promoter, will make the final decisions live at Beerfest.
